by Richard Long,
Terry and I had the wonderful privilege of travelling to Lennoxville, QC on Saturday to be on hand for the launching of the brand new Quebec House of Prayer. We met Brian and Tanya Allatt the founders, along with their extended family members and all the others that the Lord has formed as a team there in southeastern Quebec.
The day featured a dedication ceremony for their ministry and their amazing ministry centre. It was followed by an open house and then a 2 hour worship and prayer session that gave a large crowd a taste of what they could expect as things move forward. We sensed a very strong presence of the Lord from the moment we entered the building.
The building is a testament to the Lord. It is the orginal home of the Rev. Lucius Doolittle the original parish priest and one of the founders of Bishops University and dates back into the 1830’s. It has just had a $1.6 million refurbishment and is now a beautiful environment for the Lord’s work.
If you have the chance to be done near Sherbrooke, you will want to drop in on this new House of Prayer.
Please keep Brian and Tanya in your prayers as they launch out on this wonderful new adventure.
